5. Payment Terms
The HOA Approval Package is a one-time payment of $9.99, charged at the time of purchase. No subscription, no recurring charges. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your analysis.
6. Limitation of Liability
HOA Approval Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
